Soliciting possible contributions from multiple stakeholders, we can also help with preparing a dedicated action plan for implementing a IBee promotion program. Depending on the needs of our client, our work could comprise
- Help arranging funding from development partners, foundations and governments,
- Identifying and assessing local consultants
- Provide training and guidance to the local consultants and ensure (also at regional level) consistency and quality
- Guiding local consultants for company interviews, and ensuring (also at the regional level) consistency and quality of background documents for IB accreditation
- Preparing awareness raising initiatives for government and business associations to find companies with potential IB business line
